In Anika Bali Cooking Class, you will learn the techniques and become familiar with the fresh herbs, spices, and other ingredients that make Balinese food delightfully tasty as well as nutritious and cleansing. Over the day we will explore different ways to blend and balance the varied flavors to create a stimulating array of unique tastes.</p>
<p>Morning Class<br />
Start 7 am to 2 pm, 1-hour Traditional Market tour, Breakfast, Class time, Lunch, Free Transport, Booklet, and Certificate.<br />
We will pick you up with our transportation from your place/hotel. Instructor will guide you to the Kuta traditional Market to buy and explain traditional herbs and spices and also local culture. After visit Traditional market about 1 hour you will enjoy traditional breakfast dishes and snacks. There is no Traditional Market visit for Evening class. Before practical session, the instructor will explain details of every traditional ingredients that will be used for cook. After you are familiar to the ingredients, you will start to cook with traditional techniques and utensils. With the assistance of our professional cooking teachers, prepare a complete menu based on Balinese recipes- nine main dishes and 1 dessert, during an 8 hours hands-on cooking class in English, followed by lunch based on the prepared dishes, accompanied by traditional drink (Hibiscus Tea and Balinese Rice Wine</p>

<p>Day 2.After breakfast, we cruise by motorized canoe to the island of Bunaken to dive in one of the most beautiful sea gardens. Tour includes snorkel and fins, and lunch on a white sandy beach near Bunaken. Dinner and overnight in hotel.</p>
<p>Day 3.After breakfast, we start with a city tour of Manado followed by a drive on up to the Minahasa Highlands. We will visit the Ban Hian Kiong Chinese Temple, the monument of Sam Ratulangi and at Lake Tondano we will visit the Japanese Caves, built during the Second World War. Lunch en route, and then we visit Woloan seeing how traditional Minahasa wooden houses are made.</p>

Morning Transfer, Meet with GTB KFG Staff at your hotel in Bali on Pick up time, transfer to the Airport, Boarding to the Flight and leaving for Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, you will be welcoming by our staff, continue with transfer to the airport and onboard to Rinca island. Enjoy Indonesian Lunch onboard, then after sailing around 2 hours, the boat will arrive on Rinca Island, walking around visit the Komodo Dragon on their original habit. The Trip will be ended up at around 06.30 PM, then, forward sailing to Kalong Island where the boat will stop and overnight onboard. Dinner serve on arrival at Kalong Island. </p>

Breakfast at 7 am. Landed to Komodo Island and Visit the Komodo Dragon by walking through the trails into the Tropical Forrest of Komodo Island. Enjoy the Trips until 11 am, then return to Boat and Continue with Snorkeling Break at Red Beach, just 20 minutes sail from Komodo island. Lunch serve onboard. Afternoon around 13.30 Pm, return to Labuan Bajo, Check in Hotel and Dinner. Stay at FAN ROOM with twin bed/ Double bed. </p>

After a light breakfast, our Dive master will inform you about the places for diving. The Komodo marine has some beautiful point of dive site. It’s called Batu bolong and tatawa Kecil, and Northwest of Komodo Park. Dive Point: Giant Travelly, Giant Napoleon, Wrasses, White and Black tip Sharks, Manta rays, Dugong, Sea horse. If possible, you can change the Places to Northwest of Komodo Park. To get there, you must climb the Komodo hill. Dive Point: Sea mount (Crystal Rock), Castle Rock and Light house. Here’s the 5 star of dive site at Komodo Park Marine. After done the third Dive, You’ll be sail back to Labuan Bajo. On arrived, Check in Hotel and Dinner service at the restaurant.</p>
